Zucchini-Pineapple Cupcakes with Orange Sour Cream Frosting

I've been pretty boisterous about our overwhelming supply of zucchini this season. I just ran across this recipe from Brown Eyed Baker that I might have to try.   1. I have recently come across the idea of using zucchini in cakes but I’m yet to try it myself. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I would probably make orange flavoured cupcakes though.
