Cook'n Recipe Organizer giveaway!

Today I am teaming up with Courtney over at Peace, Love, Recipes to offer you a chance at winning the Cook'n Recipe Organizer!

As you all know, I am learning to love to cook as much as I love to bake. I've been happy to be able to have you all with me as I journey with cooking each day. It's been fun for me to create some of my own recipes as well as share some great recipes that I have found with you over the past (almost) 10 months. You can find all of my recipes here. Now that you know where you can find all of them, you need a tool to help you keep track of them. The Cook'n Recipe Organizer should be a great tool for that! I would love it if one of my readers won this giveaway! Best of luck!

Bacon Ranch Chicken and Noodles

So I must confess...I made this about 2 1/2 months ago, took photos intending to blog about it and completely forgot due to the constant sickness that has overtaken my household this spring. It's not that it wasn't good. It was extremely delicious, in fact and a new family favorite. I just forgot.

I've seen this floating around cyberspace (do they still call it that?) so I'm not quite sure who came up with it originally. Either way, it's really good, simple and unlike most pasta dishes out there. Enjoy!

Bacon Ranch Chicken and Noodles
2 Tablespoons bacon, fully cooked and chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 packet ranch salad dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
egg noodles, cooked

Spray a 5-6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Trim chicken of excess fat then place into slow cooker. In another bowl, combine bacon, garlic, ranch dressing mix, soup and sour cream. Pour mixture over chicken. Cook on high heat for 3-4 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Shred chicken with a fork. Serve chicken mixture over noodles.
